GU10 - Dimable Replacements?

Seen some LED GU10's like this...

The last one looks like it wouldn't fit in my existing holders, seems much
longer.

Anyway, anyone know of a lower power lamp the will fit in a exsiting GU10
fitting and that's dimable?
