Leave it 36 minutes and see if it fixes itself.

I kid you not - my knowledge of Browser Master stuff is about 10 years
out of date, but from hazy memory comes a recollection of a 12 minute
time out on browser elections that could take up to 3 cycles (each of 12
minutes hence 36 minutes) to sort itself out.

Failing that, reboot the box with the newest MS Operating System, which
will probably have a higher browser master setting.


PS If you have changed anything, have you changed the domain setting on
the server?
