I've been thinking that my Media server could do with a new
rackmount case so I can increase the number of drives and improve
the cooling.

If found this one on ebay http://tinyurl.com/d6u6q

I think the description sells it though :)

"RM411 designed with super strong sheet metal works which is
extremely durable as a tank mechanism, all chassis adopted the
enhanced mechanical construction design that the surface or the edge
of the sheet metal won't be damaged while proceeding the system
integration by hands, combine the strong cooling system and
intelligent thermal supervising control, it's the most ideal system
for your enterprise server or DVR system. RM411 uses the newest twin-
door design that doesn't require any hand tools to release the doors
when the keylock is opened. Regarding the motherboard compatibility,
it supports all specification (EEB3.5) such as Intel Dual Xeon,
Intel Dual Xeon Nocona, Intel Socket 478 P4 or Socket 775 P4 as well
as AMD Dual Opteron are all compatible with RM411. Also the most
important feature is, RM411 supports most PS2 power supply or
redundant power supply assembly without any special mounting
brackets. Combine those merits mentioned above, the cost-efficient
price is also quite competitive in the market, suitable for
worldwide dealers or wholesale distribution."

So in addition to hosting all my media files, I can drop it into my
Sherman on the weekends ....

Joking aside, anyone using one ? My rack is shorter than standard
so I need a short case.

Kevin.
