Does it also take into account the local weather pattern (ie how many
windy/windless days per year)? Or to put it another way, what sort of
average windspeed do you need to produce 350W?
btw, these folks have an interesting design of wind turbine that still
produces near maximum power output beyong the "furl point". One
of their
2.5kw models installed in Japan survived a direct "hit" from a
135mph
typhoon...
