[OT] Changing "home address" on a Garmin Quest?

Hi all,

My brother has bought a second-hand Garmin Quest from eBay.

All works fine, except he can't change the home address. He's been
through the menus, and the "delete home address" function talked
about
in the guide isn't there. Likewise, when he tries to change the home
address and save, it says "home address already set" and only
gives him
an "OK" option (which throws away his changes.)

Sounds to me like it's locked down in some way... any ideas?

When he uses it on his bike, sometimes he just wants to hit the
"home"
button and go, and it taking him back to Rotherham is not ideal (he
lives in South East London).
