Not a disimilar response from the expert tapping up today:
Create an AD account for (eg) "Dominos Pizza".
On the security tab in AD Users and Groups grant your "proper"
user
name Send As rights on the Dominos Pizza entry.
On the Exchange General tab, click Delivery Options and tick the box
to forward all mail to your "proper" user account.
In Outlook, make sure that the From option is available and use it.
Hope that helps,
Nick
PS - about to give it a go here!
