At least. 800mm depth would be preferable (and probably easier to find).
The front handles of my server are in contact with the cabinet door when
it's closed, and cable routing at the back is problematic even with no
back door. 800mm depth would probably give you enough room for one of
those folding cable carriers (so you can slide the server out without
unplugging anything or yanking on the cables).
