Yes, you only have a "no duty / VAT" allowance on stuff you bring
in
personally - ie WITH YOU.

It is a complete scam, you will normally get charged:

- Import Duty on the goods
- Import Duty on the SHIPPING
- A =C2=A310 "customs clearance fee" from your courier
- VAT on ALL OF THE ABOVE
