Nope!

My newest one is a Sagem bought about 18 months ago. Cheapest ones are
around 27 pounds.

The Sagem boxes with two SCARTs can usually be configured for S-Video out
of
the VCR SCART which is useful. It means you can feed the main set with RGB
and use KAT5 to send S-Video to another room. The Sagems have a nice
feature
for the Radio stations, the screen looks like a radio and after a couple of
minutes is dimmed quite a bit to minimise screen burn.

I was looking at a Phillips unit in Tesco a couple of months ago which
could
also be set to S-Video.
