Seems that way - according to the ticket, they flushed out all of the
connections at about quarter to ten.
That was decidedly unpleasant - a neat little reminder of just how
technology enabled our lives have become :)

Hooray, I'm back in the 21st century again. My Eclipse service at home
sprang back into life a few minutes back. I don't know if it's a proactive
thing by Eclipse or my phone call/support ticket that did the trick. Anyway
I hope all other afflicted users are up and running soon.
