Win MCE recording SKY channels

A cousin of mine has recently moved house and subscribed to 'Homechoice'
which he thinks is great but finds the channel line up a little
limiting. He is now considering a simple SKY package so he can get the
Sci-Fi shows he likes so much, apparently Freeview doesn't have the
programs either.
What would be the best way to connect to his elonex MCE box ?
I've heard talk of PCI SKY receivers that take the SKY Viewing card, is
this a good option and what would happen with the EPG? Not having played
with MCE not sure what the issues are with Progam Guide and
recordings...
