Just got a mailing from Rabbit, the people who make the Rabbit core
ethernet interface module thingy that a few of us have used for
various projects. They have a touch screen developers kit which
includes mounting hardware and a complete SDK and controller with
ethernet interface. The screens themselves are made by reach
technology, and aren't so outrageously priced. Best of all, you can
buy ready made mounting hardware which looks like it would slot nicely
into the wall!

Dev kit is priced at USD 899 (GBP 522)
Touch screens and controller start at USD 295 (GBP 171) for 5.7"
without surround or USD 499 (GBP 290) with surround.
