Hi,

As far as I know a power down should do it.
I have mcbs on the output of mine which like to trip when bulbs blow. I
know
there were huge arguments about mcbs on the output aswell as the inputs but
freom my experience they do seem to work.

You haven't done some kind of logic programming that is screwing it up have
you ?
