Yep you can do that if you want too.

If you use elo touchsreens they have a monitor-mouse driver that is
magic. Sorts out which mouse for which screen on the xp extended
desktop - very clever IMHO. Works flawlessly.

Mainlobby just looks cool and has support for a large number of
devices I use not to mention a very nice interface for music and dvd.
