Yeah - this PLED technology looks rather good: less current than a VFD, no
backlight, fully pin compatible with "regular" LCDs...
And for =A316 well worth a wee play :D

Some thread convergence here - cool components have some 16x2 displays for
=A316. Look very nice! (in the pictures)
