X10 LD11 Problem

Hi,

I've had a few dozen LD11's fitted and they all work fine except one.
The one that is failing is powering a 100W filament bulb and works from
the momentary switch (including bright and dim), but fails to react to
X10 control from either an RF remote or a CM12.  I tried swapping with
a spare LD11 and found the same problem.  I then tried an AD10 which
worked both from the switch and from the X10 (although obviously without
bright and dim).

Has anyone experienced this kind of problem before?  Any ideas how I
might resolve it?
