nildram rock ! I have been with them 3 years now and nothing major has ever
happened,
been down 15minutes max, nothing a reboot could not fix. I have rung
support twice
since I have been with them, each time meant a simple reboot.

Been fine here on Eclipse (Sorry! That doesn't help does it!) but they do
seem to be having more problems of late.
We had nearly 48 hours where our leased line was down over the last bank
holiday (continued into the Tuesday) Considering we have a 4 hour response
contract that's pretty poor! Eclipse blamed BT, BT blamed Eclipse and all
you got was an answer phone or the receptionist even on our netops number.
/me is beginning to wonder if they are using Bank Holidays for essential
works that subsequently go Pete Tong?

Same here Nick, no amount of rebooting/switching off & on made any
difference.
I was down at both home and work for 24 hours, and meanwhile Eclipse staff
all seemed to be off for the bank holiday. Back on now, but not very
impressive.
