I already reply to emails all night (working with the US) so the more
reliable it is the better. The security aspect is obviously important, but
from the products I've seen so far, they're all relatively secure, at least
as secure as Blackberry.
That's for this and all the other responses - I'll take a look at each of
them. Biggest problem I have is getting the Sys Admins bought into the
idea
of trying a few products.

We use a product called Synchrologic (www.synchrologic.com) at work to
get to emails when on the move - it runs on Pocket PC (ipaqs, XDAs
etc..) and allows you to get your email over GPRS.
I personally have avoided this as i dont want to be able to do this -
people end up expecting you to reply to emails at 9pm on a Friday
night etc...
My biggest concern with a lot of the exchange type plugins for this
type of thing is security, do you want your email floating around
unencrypted or being able to be accessed by anyone.
