Jim,

First choice needs to be USB or PCI then operating system XP or MCE,
at this time only MCE can do twin tuners.

For plain XP Nebula is probably the most complete solution although
expensive. GDI, Hauppauge and Avermedia also do stand alone solutions
for XP.

For MCE we would recommend the Black Gold from GDI. They have been
able to do twin tuners since the launch of MCE2005 in October while
others have only just caught up and the price has just dropped to
become very competitive.
