RE: Remote site monitoring
The latter really - static images (either timed or based on motion after
hours) would be sufficient. I have several sets of subbies, so every now
and then it would be handy to query a camera to see who is actually on
site.
There's materials starting to get stored on site as well, so the security
aspect is important, if only as a deterrent.

Do you actually want video, or just some form of remote alarm system
that will tell you if people are messing around with on your site?
