"roam or die" ??
daft - thinking of roaming. the "MustDie" firmware from
linksysinfo.org.
These units supports WDS also.

I'm using 2 x Linksys WAP54G's - both set to the SAME channel, same keys,
same SSID, just different AP names.
Roaming works like a charm. And it's got the "roam or die"
firmware
applied to hike up the power output. It really does throw out a large beam
- I get coverage at the neighbours house opposite (200 yards way)

Having lost my temper with a Netgear 802.11G access point which seems to
be
absolutely rubbish, I'm in the market for one (or maybe) two new access
points. I'm using a Belkin 802.11G card in the PC, should I just buy a
Belkin access point for compatibility or something else? Also looking for
the cheapest price.
Cheers
Steve
