RE: [OT] - Changing drive letters

I have the P7010, but I guess they are similar.

I don't think I am being dumb .. but you never know.

I am unable to right click the drive entry for my built in MS Duo Pro slot
as it just is not shown in the disk management list.

However it is shown in my computer ... and when I pick defrag.

I have managed to change all my other drive letters - CD-rom to Z and CF
card slot to X.

It is just the MS Pro slot that I need to change as it is taking up the F
drive slot that I need for my network drive.

Thanks,

Ho yin

I believe we both have the same laptop - A117S? - and the below works on
mine as I always set my optical and network drives to be "high"
letters
(from Z backwards).

Make sure that when you right-click on the drive entry under Disk
Management
to get the "Change Drive Letter And Paths" option that you do so
on the grey
block to the *LEFT* of the area where it would show the partition
information (i.e in the area where it says "Disk 1 Removable (F:) No
Media"
on my lappy).
