Homeseer experts

I have had xp with homeseer and homeseer phone for a while - I am not happy
with its performance of late.
I have it anouncing caller id and sometimes it will anounce the call a
while after it has starting ringing. It is very sluggish
at times. I wondered if there is a way to clean up the xml files abit. I
think it loads in too many of my old voice commands
at start up or something. any tips ?
