As long as you are telling the truth I imagine there should be no problem.
In otherwords can you defend your comments. People do it all the time on
programs like watchdog. People can always take legal action - there is
nothing you can do to stop that I'm afraid.

Anybody know what the legal position is if you post something on a Public
Forum? i.e. If I post a message saying that supplier X gave a very poor
service etc etc.
Can they take any legal action (whether or not they are justified) against
a) the forum mods/owners b) the individual?
