RE: 19" rack size ?
OK, more info on my rack.
I can't find a manufacturer mark anywhere on it, but have worked out it is
30U rack (Thanks for those that helped with that :)) The door is made
completely of Perspex and it has two hinges. Here are some photo's of it...
This first one is an overall picture of the unit.

So, as you can see, it's an odd little door. The whole cabinet is 600mm
wide by 1500mm tall. the rack is 19inch wide x 1340mm tall (30U). I am
hoping that a door from any 30U unit will fit, if the hinges don't match, I
can always relocate them on the cabinet.
So, anyone have any ideas ?
Many Thanks
Marc

Marc,
I presume it's a glazed, or part-glazed door. Do you need to replace the
whole door, or just the glazed part? In the last Rittal rack I built (a
QuickRack) the perpsex was held in by screwed clips. B&Q (and others no
doubt) sell thin perspex sheets intended for greenhouses etc. - maybe
you could cut a new piece to suit?
If it's any different, maybe you could post up a photo some where - it
might be easier to suggest a solution if I could see the problem :-)
(or send it to me off-list).
Cheers,
Tim H.
