OLD WAY - Measure the height in INCHES and divide by 1.75 as a
"U" is (was)
An inch and three quarters.

NEW WAY - Measure the height in Millimetres and divide by 44.5 as 1U is 45
mm but 2U is 89mm and 3U is 133mm.

Note the millimetre spacing is irregular which is why its a "19 INCH
RACK"
and not a "482.6mm RACK"  :-)

BTW. Just measure the rack mounting height NOT the whole rack including
base
and top etc
