Stereo modulator

I know the subject of stereo modulation has been discussed before with
no suitable products available. This product claims to offer stereo
modulation and I'm wondering whether to get one.

There is not much info on this product on the web and no mention of
things like Nicam. Has anyone tried one? Will it work with most
normal Nicam TVs?
