Where it has always been:

http://www.bigpockets.co.uk/site/images/new/notes/compat.htm

to browse to it, select the DVD-R in question, then click

Right - DVD-R blanks.

I usually use www.bigpockets.co.uk or www.svp.co.uk for my blank media as
they *USED* to have a helpful little compatibility matrix on their website
for which discs work in which writers but they no longer seem to have it -
I
assume that it's getting too difficult to maintain and verify results.

Anyway, I need some DVD-R's, at least 8 speed and printable - preferably
full face printable - and which are OK with Philips DVD writers. Anyone got
any suggestions for a good, reliable disc that fulfills that and a
recommandation for a supplier?

(SVP have some Taiyo Yuden discs that are £60 for 100 which - although
that's bloody expensive compared to other brands - I'd be happy enough to
pay *IF THEY'RE GOOD AND WORTH THE EXTRA* ... Anyone come across Taiyo
Yuden
discs before or know anything about them?)

Phil
