Andrew,

Implants of different  kinds (titan, glass coated material, plastics) is=20
really common business now in modern medicine and must, IMHO *, * be=20
considered mature and safe. To be honest I have more worries about the=20
things that are in my beer and in the things I eat then for an implant=20
like a leg-joint, peacemaker, glass capsule.

But then again I am getting old so my body have seen its best days.... ;-)
