Question for Homevision users & 3 Phase

Following my rather steep learning curve with X10 and 3 Phase, I now
understand the principals of the installation at hand, and have looked at
the 3 phase couplers.

Has anyone use one here - if so, I see Li sells two different types, one
that filters anything coming in/out, and one that looks like it doesn't. I
need to place a coupler upstream as the main incomer is 400a.

Frank mentioned Homevision has a facility to link phases via software -
does
this only work for commands issue by Homevision or does it reissue any X10
commands on the cables to allow cross over between phases ?

Stupid questions perhaps, but any help appreciated.
