Because of what I do, I have to keep the vast majority of paperwork for
many years, so not that much gets shredded - pretty much only CC receipts.

"Serious destruction" stuff gets shredded and THEN used as
kindling for
a solid fuel fire then.

PS - small rant. Why isn't there a standard for WHICH digits or a credit
card get ***d out? It's all very well that some get blanked, but with
different retailers adopting different blanking policies, it would be
possible for someone to recreate most of the number from a "mixed
bag"
of receipts!
