Dunno if this is relevant, but there is a registry hack required for wake
(from S3 Suspend) by USB - I needed to sort it out for my Media PC - now
all
works fine - only draws 7W (according to Maplin Power meter) when suspended
and can be woken by USB or the scheduler for MCE - I haven't tried WOL, but
it might be useful - I'll see if my Mobo supports it and give it a whirl.
Would a Ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx be sufficient or does it require a specific
WAKE packet? If so, how is one generated?

Tim.
