I'm no expert, but I would think so.  Think of a quad LNB as 4 micro LNB's
sharing the same housing (and maybe a few other parts).  Swap cabless
around
first to rule them out.

One of the feeds from my Sky+ quad LNB seems to be a bit dodgy – sometimes
it’s OK, sometimes no signal at all. I’ve not ruled out a dodgy cable
though.

Is it possible for an LNB to fail on one channel only?
