Do you actually need to do this? If you are running other sites on port 80

etc why not use the headers to redirect to http://192.168.0.2:12345 ... ie =
you type http://telephone in your browser
and your webserver looks at the h=
eaders and does the dirty...

I'll make an assumption that you are using Windows and IIS. ....
