Adobe Premier has the facility to create the countdown as standard and the
flickering sound could be added using the 35mm projector sound clip on
http://office.microsoft.com/clipart
search for sounds and film.

I may also have an original 35mm converted to .mpg file but it means
searching a bit - I will let you know if I find it.

I know a few people have some add on bits for their home cinema set
up so I am hoping someone will have a clip of the lead in that you
used to see on old movies (and perhaps new ones?) that has a
countdown of numbers in a sweeping circle (hope I've explained that
well enough!), and an audio track of the flickering sound the
projector makes?

Thanks in advance,

Rob
