No - The Pentium M at 1.7GHz is *SUPPOSED* to be about the same speed as
the
P4 at 3GHz...

I have a 1.7GHz Pentium M based lappy here that I use all the time (Sony
VGN-A117S) and it is *BLOODY* rapid. (Of course you can always do with
something quicker.)
