[OT] Cisco fasthub 400 series

Hey all,
I need to find out answers to the folowing 2 questions:
1) Is the software on the fasthub 400 series upgradable (I have a 412
and a 424M)
2) what is the pin layout for a casacde cable for these? The
connector is a slim scsi2 I think - therefore, would a normal scsi
cable work?
