I go to the Xbox website to order a replacement power cord.
My xbox needs one .. I fill out the order form.

Oh it works ..
What did I do? I added another letter to my Surname so that it was 3
characters in length rather than 2.
How stupid is that? I am now Mr. Ing.
I have a good mind to write to Microsoft and give them a rollocking . but
then I realise I have much more important things to do with my life.
