Well, the email I've been sent (and others I know are using Plus.Net
have had the same) states quite clearly that we shall be upgraded to the
maximum our lines will handle in exchange for a "fair usage
policy".
Perhaps they have not updated the website yet - the new system doesn't
start until the 1st of April.  Perhaps the prices will rise for the old
uncapped lines, and the services will run side-by-side?
