It is pretty easy to create you own (or extend an existing holiday file).

On my Office 2003 install (and if I recall it is the same on 2000) there is
a file called OUTLOOK.HOL in C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\1033 (location will probably differ in other versions of
office).

This file is just a plain text file which appears to be in the following
format:

[TITLE OF HOLIDAY LIST] Number of entries
HOLIDAY,DATE

In the past i've added Yankees and Red Sox baseball games to this file and
it inserted them into outlook perfectly OK.

Ho yin,

I'm not sure about Outlook 2000 but in 2003 you can assign a
category to calendar events (bottom right corner). You can then
export 'part' of your calender by selecting a filter. Go to

File > Import and Export > Export to a file

Select the type of file you want to create (.pst for other Outlook
users) and then highlight Calendar in the tree. On the bottom right
of the same screen you have a button called 'Filter'. Click this and
on the next screen click the 'More Choices' tab. On the next screen
there's a button, top left, that says Categories. Select the
category you want to filter on and off you go.
