Well, it's always easy to get a "not many" answer to that,
because the
people who are _still_ on the list are the self-selecting crowd who
are not so bothered.

A better question would be to ask how many have unsubscribed, or
seldom read the list any more because of it.

I number in the last group - 7 years ago, I would read every message
as it comes in. Now I only look once every couple of weeks, or when
Mark flags up a particular question I might be able to help with to me
personally.

I find it odd that the Moderators should feel they HAVE to flag up
particular questions - we ought to have a list that's so on-topic that
I _wan't_ to read it all the time.

I'm not going to name names, but from conversations with people who've
become friends through many years of UKHA, I know I'm not the only one
who feels this way.
