Would love to have this but I live in a grade II listed building and I
don't think they will allow me to have this system sticking out the
wall. Unless there is another option ?

Chaps and Chappesses

I have "proper" air conditioning, i.e. inside chillers and a heat
exchanger outside. This is the best type of air con there is.

I have done it in the past with vent type systems, but all fail - they
are not as good as split air con units. To save you wasting money, can I
point you to a DIY solution:
