Obviously it does a whole lot more, but you could achieve what you want
with an electronic time switch, wall wart PSU and the contacts of a
relay wired to a spare Cbus switch input.

FWIW, I was always surprised that Cbus didn't include a basic timer
function (but maybe I missed it?)
