Re: Medications reminder help please

I am building just such a beast at the moment almost to the letter. Sadly
it is a long way from reality and work commitments are not helping at the
moment. Give me a year or so............. :-(

Not strictly HA based but I'm sure a HA solution is available!

My mum is terrible at remembering to take her essential morning and
nightly medications. Meds stored in a tablet box with separate
sections for each time, i.e. monday morning, monday night, tues
morning etc etc

She's not particularly technically minded altho with time and patience
can be taught new tricks! email, tivo etc!!

Need a solution to ensure she takes these meds each time. Mornings a
bigger problem than evenings, she uses a Nokia 3310 so no repeating
alarms available, uses an ibook regularly but not every single morning.

So..with all the wealth of expertise on this community and the amazing
hours im sure many of us spend looking at seemingly useless gadgets
online has anyone found something that can help me out?!?!

Thanks in advance all....

Who knows one day maybe I can have a small touchscreen lcd by the
front door linked into whole house HA with a numeric display for
arming burglar alarm that asks "have u taken ur meds today"
before
arming the system!!!

Thanks
Noel
