My plan is as follows...it's based around a Pentium M (to reduce the
issues of cooling and noise), a mobo that has component (yes, that's
component!!) video out, and maybe an additional video card depending
on how good the mobo video chipset is:

Processor: Pentium M 725 Socket 479 1.6GHz 2MB
Motherboard: i915GMm-HFS Socket 479
Memory: 1GB 184pin DIMM PC2700 DDRRAM NP Unbuffered CL2.5
Hard drive: Diamondmax 10 200GB 7200rpm SATA150 8MB
TV card: Black Gold Digital dual pack
DVD writer: GSA4163BA
Video card: GeForce FX5200 256MB AGP DVI-I VO (fanless)
Case: Cavalier 4 300W ATX Aluminium Silver CAV-T04-UWB

If anyone has any suggestions for changes before I build then go for
it! I may mess with the PSU in the case to reduce the fan speed, and
will be going for a vv quiet fan for the case to remove excess heat.
