http500 error

I can't get to one of my web sites under a very specific set of
circumstances...
On the internal network (wired or wirelessly) it's ok. Externally, from my
PC at work (and others) it's ok. However if I use dial up (Palm T3 to SE
T610 mobile via Bluetooth) it's not okay giving me this error:
"Unable to connect to server. Please try again. If the problem
persists,
contact customer support for help. HTTP 500 Internal Server Error."
All other web sites (Google, yahoo, etc) all work fine. I just can't get to
this one. I used to be able to but I can't see what has changed to block
this now.
I've even used the Palm internally via WiFi and that connects to it ok -
it's only via dialup that it's being 'blocked'.
I'd rather not publish the website address in open forum as it's the web
front end to my email system. Any ideas what I can try please??
