Jon,

I believe it is legal to resell but I think there is a limit to the
'uplift=
' that you can charge, that was the way anyhow...

If you think that Caravan sites re-sell electricity usually at a flat rate
=
per 24 hours it must be possible...

Big question is whether or not to meter.... An MCB would limit maximum
avai=
lable... You may want to consider an RCD or RCBO for safety reasons as
well=
...

Firstly, can anybody advise if there are legal problems in (re)selling
elec=
tricity (either metered or fixed price per week) to a construction firm
wor=
king on a site adjacent to my property?

Secondly, has anybody had any experience in this matter?

Thanks and regards.

Jon
