Who's interested in jointly funding one to test?

If we can find say 5 people and a volunteer to trial-run it then we can
share the cost to buy one unit  and if it doesn't work then we share the
loss. If it does work then the volunteer gets lots of kudos and also
gets to be first kid on the block with a new toy ;)

If there is any interest then I'll cross-post to the Myth list too...
