Hardware for Windows Media Edition?

Hi Group

I know it has been discussed before, but hardware moves on.
I ideally want a solution that can:
1. Display and timeshift live TV - are there freeview cards that support
media edition?
1.a Additional input cards that support RGB in (from SKY)
2. Have picture in picture
3. Contol SKY for recordings (I know SKY+ exists)
4. Have the ability to mount ISO images of my DVD's and play them
5. TV out will be via XGA, so the video card does not need TV out.

Can Media Edition do this? Especially 3 and 4?

Any help would be appreciated!
