The BT FAQ says it is not a case of a minimum number, you just have to may
a
call via BT in that billing period to qualify. The FAQ also confirms how to
force a call via BT for those who use a CPS provider such as Talktalk. One
call should be all it takes!
I signed up via my account online & it was dead easy. As mentioned
earlier
it lists your existing services and you can just select/deselect what you
do
or don't want.

Just reading the FAQ's - I use talktalk as it's much cheaper than BT. To
get
free caller ID, they say you need to make SOME calls with BT but they don't
say how many :(
